  7. but….. they said IE 7 was gooder….
    WHY AM I SO GULLIBLE??!!

  8. As much as I despise IE, this meme is stupid. You can pull the same crap on FireFox if you’re an idiot and install every toolbar that’s offered. There are plenty of spyware FireFox addons, have no doubt.
Friends don’t give friends stupid advice. Telling yer buddy FireFox will magically make you immune to rank stupidity is not being a good friend.

  9. IE will not even work on my XP system Thank God!

  10. Friends don’t let friends who install toolbars pass on their genes.

If they have more than one toolbar [not including bookmarks], don’t let them reproduce, have them spayed or neutered, or both, immediately.

  11. I don’t get it? I have twice as many toolbars in my Firefox. They’re all very useful! Really!

  12. Friends don’t let friends use Firefox…without, at least, 15 add ons. lol

Yes, you *can* clutter up your screen with toolbars with Firefox, just like you can with Internet Exploder. You’re missing something, though: the problem with IE is that it’s a VIRUS and HACKER MAGNET. It’s THE MOST insecure, hole-filled, poorly-written Internet browser ever created. Many (if not most) of the patches/fixes/upgrades/service packs that M$ comes out with are to fix bugs in IE.

  14. This is so old. I think it is ie5 or 6. A copy of a very old post from somewhere else that just doesn’t mean anything nowdays.
Keefs coment proves they know nothing by stating complete lies. Ie7 aint insecure, doesn’t have holes …etc. FF3 is pretty good but geez v2 was horrendously bad with memory problems and bugs - real experts agreed with this as well. FF fans are ignorant and lie to fuel their egos or to not sure their stupidity (and will prove they ar estupid by replying to this post)

  15. Oh, IE7 is way more secure than previous versions. It won’t run on my XP computer. It’s the best version MS has come up with so far.

Of course, for browsing I use Firefox or Opera or Konqueror or just about anything *but* IE.

  16. Oh my God, people attacking this! It’s a joke! Of course you can still get spyware with firefox, they’re not claiming you can’t! Joke. It’s a joke.

  17. OMG. 152636 critical new objects found in spybot. look at the bottom of that image. From an IT perspective thats fucking amazing.

  20. I guarantee you, I’ve seen something around that bad. My friend’s father has a PC for some reason.

It’s like utter murder. Ever since we hooked up the line for his cable modem, he’s been downloading anything and everything.. of course using IE.

Upon first glance, I thought this was a screenshot of his IE window. :\
